Thank you for writing great articles. My editor would have changed "uninteractive" to "noninteractive" but since it's a direct quote, I added [sic] instead.
So I just googled “uninteractive”, sure that I’d be met with a dictionary entry, but I was shocked to discover you’re right; it’s not a thing. I’ll change the sentence. Thanks for the heads-up!
If it's not too much trouble. No biggie though. After rereading the sentence, I decided to omit the "uninteractive"/"noninteractive" altogether as I'd already used the term "passive," which was sufficient. The new line reads: "makes browsing TikTok the most passive experience of all major platforms."
Katie,
This is terrific. Looking froward to the rest of the series.
Thanks, David! I'd been noodling on this concept for a while and finally something clicked.
Hi, thanks for the shoutout. I'm curious as to why you inserted a [sic] when you quoted me?

You're welcome. Would you like me to change it here as well?

No trouble at all. I've updated the quote to match the new line.
